Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a great free tool for analysing the traffic to your website. There are other both free and paid for products that essentially do the same job but I have come to rather like the Google tool, particularly as it links with Google AdSense and Google Adwords.
It is very easy to implement: just add some code to your web pages. If you use WordPress there are plugins available that do the the whole job for you. The reports are viewable on the Google Analytics website.
There is not sufficient space here to detail all of the Google Analytics features and report options but they are both extensive and wide-ranging. Take a look at the Google Analytics website for more information.
But remember, there is no point in setting up Google Analytics for your websites if you do not use the information to improve your web traffic and, therefore, increase your income.
